Ethel E. Rice, age 86 of Edina, formerly of Bloomington. Ethel was born on Aug. 4th, 1925 to John Muchlinski and Agnes (nee Schill), in Ashford Wisconsin. She married Walter Raymond Rice on May 23rd, 1947 and was the loving mother of six children, 11 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband, Ray. She is survived by children, Sandy (Mark) Kuzma, Pat (Doug) Strachan, Ginger (Jim) Schmidt, Barb (Jerry) Mattson, Tim (Roxanne) and Daniel; grandchildren, Mathew Kuzma, Steve (Sue) Strachan, Jim (Maren) Strachan, Jessi & Tyler Schmidt, Stephanie & Luke Mattson, Rachel, Abbey & Dalton Rice, and Samantha Rice; great-grandchildren, Axel & Tilly Strachan; sister, Virginia King.

Funeral Information

Visitation 2-4 P.M. Saturday (JANUARY 28, 2012) at Morris Nilsen Chapel, 6527 Portland Ave. S., Richfield. Private Interment Ft. Snelling.
