Lionel J. Midtdahl, age 95, went to be with the Lord on December 15. Preceded in death by brothers Edward and Milo. Survived by wife of 63 years, Edith; son Mark (Jeannine) Midtdahl, daughters Naomi (James) Lundberg, Karen (Michael Fredrickson) Kmetz, and Nancy (Daniel) Beegle; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sister, Myrtle Asper; cousins; nieces; and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to St. Stephen Church, 7500 York Resident Fund, or donor’s choice.
My sincere sympathy to Edith, Naomi, Kaia and all of Lionel’s family. I’m so happy to have
shared mutual great grandchildren celebrations with Lionel and Edith. He was a fine and friendly man
and will be a great loss to his family members and many friends.
