Joan G. “Honey” Butler, age 81 of Apple Valley. Born January 22, 1932 passed away February 23, 2013. Honey was a world traveler and an avid reader with her book club but above all she idolized and loved her grandchildren who she introduced to her love of the Arts and Theatre. Preceded in death by sisters, Barbara, Virginia and Judy; brother, Richard. Survived by loving husband of 62 years, Jerry; children, Thomas (Kay), James, Joseph (Jean Ranweiler), Michael (Karen) and Patrick; grandchildren, Linda, Stephen (Jessica), Vincent, Annie and Molly; sisters, Mary Ann Pollard, Kathleen (Richard) Nibbe; brother, Charlie (Carol) Pollard and many nieces and nephews. A special thank you to all the caring medical staff who have helped throughout the years.
