Barbara Mae “Bobbie”, Peterson age 81, of Apple Valley, formerly of Richfield, MN. She retired from Centennial Elementary School in Richfield. She was a graduate from Owatonna High School and Hamline University where she met her husband of 54 years, Herbert. Preceded in death by husband Herbert Peterson, brothers-in-law John and David Peterson, Tom (Adeline) Peterson, Fritz Rodde, and Norman Nerison. Survived by children Nancy Peterson and Mark (Lonnie) Peterson; grandchildren Erin (Greg) Thompson and Nathan (Crystal) Peterson; step great-grandchildren, Olivia, Lauren, Ava Thompson, Isabelle Nelson; sister Gladys (Bob) Murray; sister-in-laws Helen Nerison, Shirley Rodde, and Lillian Peterson.

Our sincere condolences to Bobbie’s family. Our connection with Hamline kept us connected over the years years and we will miss our visits with her. She was such a caring and loving person. Her children exemplify her caring spirit!
