Beth Ellen O’Meara
Age 64, of Prior Lake, MN and Sarasota, FL, passed away May 30th, peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Iris Rossiter; sister, Jan Vitchell. Survived by her devoted husband of 39 years, Tom; daughters, Ashley (Jeff) Pavelich and Callie (Ricky) Vig; granddaughters, Brooklyn, Savvy, and Livia; brother, Mark (Carmen) Rossiter; and nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Beth grew up in S Minneapolis and graduated from Washburn High School in 1974. She worked as a lab tech at Group Health and later enjoyed her most favorite job as a stay at home mother to her daughters. She enjoyed baking, cooking, a good party, and most of all spending time with her family and grandchildren. Her family is blessed to have many memories filled with laughter, delicious food, and family vacations. She will be missed immensely.

My heart hurts for you, Tommy, Ashley and Callie and the rest of your family! Tim and I had so much fun throughout the years with your family and now both Tim and Beth are gone. Its so hard to deal with the grief sometimes, but may you find comfort in all the awesome memories of the love you shared and know your friends are always available for support.
