Dolores J. Andreasen, age 90, of Richfield.
Survived by husband of 64 years, Ottar; children Jean (Timothy McNamara) Andreasen, Steven Andreasen; siblings, Clarice Carlson, Bernice Jacobson, Vivian (Gerald) Nelson, Raymond (Ardelle) Brenteson, Sharon Engstrom; nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by parents, Raymond and Martha Brenteson; and sister, Phyllis Newman.
Growing up in Montana, and living in Minnesota, Dolores treasured her entire family. She was an active member of St. Peder's Lutheran Church as an energetic Sunday/Nursery Schoolteacher, and Koinonia Club. Dolores hired and worked with many talented women as the supervisor of Dayton's Alterations for 20 years. She was a gifted seamstress, herself, and excelled at cross stitch. Dolores was an excellent baker, and her dinner rolls and cookies were legendary, and generously shared with family and friends. During the last three years of her life, she resided in memory care with her dear friend, Joyce, with the assistance of wonderful caregivers.
A private interment will be held for Dolores at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
