To Donna’s family: Our thoughts are with you. Although our neighborhood has changed over the recent years, many of us have fond memories of Donna. We were so sad that she moved away (and not sure where), and sad to hear of her passing. She was a great neighbor and we had some really fun block parties. Condolences from: 6200/6300s 3rd Ave S

My sincerest sympathies to all of Donna’s family. I recall meeting her son Greg or his friend at Donna’s home over several occasions when I delivered meals on wheels over the course of 3 years. Donna was an inspiring, intelligent, and outgoing lady who was so personable that it was a total pleasure to meet her at the door with a meal each and every time. I’ll never forget her smile or her exclaiming “Here’s my ND girl!!”. God bless her. She spoke so fondly of her family and you could tell she was extremely proud. I am disheartened that I never had an opportunity to visit her in the nursing home due to the pandemic. Nonetheless, the memories will always remain alive in my heart.
