Evelyn M. Botten (Reudelsterz), age 92, of Edina, formerly of Minneapolis, passed away on Sept. 13, 2007. Born Evelyn Marian Evenson on Jan. 22, 1915, she grew up in Mpls, and graduated from Roosevelt H. S. On April 24, 1938, she married Theodore P. Botten, Sr. of Mpls and Hanska, MN. While raising her family on south Mpls, Evelyn taught nursery school at Diamond Lake Lutheran Church, shere she and Ted were early members. Preceded in death by her parents, Mauritz and Margaret (Bunaes) Evenson, brothers, LeRoy and Kenneth Evenson, husband, Theodore P. Botten Sr, and husband, James Reudelsterz. Survived by sons, Ted Botten, Jr. (Mary), Bruce Botten (Roxene) and Tom Botten (Pam); daughter, Linda Oberpriller; grandchildren, Ted III, Lynn, Elliot, Chloe, Anna, Adam, Libby and Daniel; 9 great-grandchildren. Memorials may be given to Diamond Lake Lutheran Church or the American Cancer Society.
