Born August 14, 1933 in Minneapolis, MN to Theodore and Rhea Hovde Franke. Preceded in death by husband, Floyd; infant son and daughter; parents; brothers, Richard, Robert and William Franke. Survived by daughter, Dayna (Bill) Lowe; granddaughters, Anya (Joe) Tierney, and Maya (Matt) Steinrueck; great-grandchildren, Wren and Mavis Tierney; Shaiden and Simon Steinrueck; sister-in-law, Phyllis Franke and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
