Helen M. Graff, age 86 of Hopkins, passed away on March 9, 2016. Helen was a graduate of Swedish Hospital School of Nursing. Retired as head nurse at Mt. Olivet Careview Home. Helen showed great compassion for her work and family. She was known for her twinkling blue eyes and was sweet and kind. She was proud of her Norwegian heritage, loved doing needlework, especially counted cross-stitch and was a master crossword puzzle solver. Preceded in death by her son, Daniel T. Graff; father, Sevald Barli; mother, Anna Johnson; brothers, Henry and Robert Barli; sister, Aase Mohart and Helen's former husband, Daniel C. Graff. Helen was a wonderful and loving mother and grandmother to her children; Patricia (Jeffrey) Witt, Catherine (Robert) Glover, Mary (Jay) Saifuku, Jean (Steven) Painter, Thomas (Maria) Graff; and daughter-in-law, Carla Graff; grandchildren, James (Jennifer) Witt, Sarah (Clint) Suiter, Emily and Lauren Glover, Andrew and Andrea Worshill, Hannah Painter, Nicholas Graff, and Gianna, Daniel, Anthony and Bridget Graff.
