Henry W. "Hank" Thurnau, age 89 of Burnsville. Hank was a Navy veteran of WWII and a member of the VFW Fred Babcock Post #5555, and American Legion Post #435. He was also a member of the Hiawatha Lions Club. Preceded in death by wife, Beatrice. He is survived by son, Thomas and his wife, Pamela; grandchildren, Nicholas, J.T., and Natalie; siblings, Jim (Joann) Thurnau and Shirley Lindberg.
Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM Saturday, November 1, 2014, at the Church of St. Peter, 6730 Nicollet Ave., Richfield. Interment Dawn Valley Memorial Park. Visitation one hour before Mass at Church.
