Jack A. Christopher
Died peacefully in his sleep on June 1, 2021 at the age of 97 with his wife of 72 years, Irene, by his bedside.
Jack loved the state of Minnesota and never left except for service in the Navy during WWII at the age of 19. He was proud of his service, his bomber seaplane named on his car’s license plate: PBM-5.
Jack loved classical music, drum crop, ballet. Right up to the end, he enjoyed learning new things. He always thought young, and finally decided he was old at the age of 95.
Jack is survived by his two children, Diane and Bruce (wife Kaye), grandchild, Julie (Jesaiah) and great-grandchild, Zoe. A private military graveside service has already taken place at Fort Snelling.
