John "Jack" Anthony Kujawski, Jr.
Age 70, of Eagan. Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Nov. 19, due to complications related to diabetes. Survived by wife, Noel Kujawski; sons, Dan (Kristin) Kujawski and Tony (Michelle) Kujawski; granddaughters, Sophia Kujawski and Nora Kujawski; siblings, Peggy Levesque, Celia Kujawski, Don Kujawski, Paul Kujawski, Janene Harker, Anita (Andrew) Anthony and Bill (Tammie) Kujawski and many relatives and friends. Preceded in death by parents, John, Sr. and Lorraine Kujawski.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to American Diabetes Association.
