John L. Ernst, age 78 of Richfield. Retired from Northwest Airlines. Served in the U.S. Air Force and loved antiques, fishing, his family, dogs and being at the cabin. Preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Mathilda. Survived by his beloved wife, Ramona; son, Mark (Cheryl) Ernst and daughter, Liz (Dan) Boyle; grandchildren, Chris, Natalie and Jessica; siblings, Helen Tarman, Elsie Kent and Ed (Gloria) Ernst; as well as other relatives and friends.
