Joyce Korsten

Joyce Pauline Korsten, age 90, passed away peacefully on June 17, 2026.

Born on February 25, 1936, Joyce lived a life rooted in faith, family, and friendship. She worked for many years for the city of Richfield, a job she truly enjoyed and where she formed many lasting friendships. A devoted member of her church, Joyce found great joy in her faith and church community. She also enjoyed playing bridge and bingo, visiting the casino, golfing, and gathering with those closest to her. She served as President of the Squires Council and the Minnesota State Council Ladies Auxiliary of the Knights of Columbus.

Joyce shared 69 wonderful years of marriage with her husband, Ray, who preceded her in death earlier this year. Together they enjoyed traveling in their RV, spending winters in Arizona, and creating countless memories along the way. She was also preceded in death by their son, Joe, with whom she shared a close and special bond. Above all, Joyce valued time spent with family and friends. She will be remembered for her warm heart, generous nature, and joyful outlook on life.

She is survived by her beloved sister, Berniece (Don); her cherished nieces and nephews; and her dear friends of many years, the Knight family. Joyce will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
