Age 63, of Bloomington. Marla was a friend to all and loved everyone. Survived by son, Ryan Mullinax; father, Myron Foslien; siblings, Marlene (Michael) Hardekopf and Mike (Lisa) Foslien; nieces and nephews, relatives and loving extended family and friends. Preceded in death by husband, Clarkson Mullinax; and mother, Lillian Foslien.

I am sadden to hear that Marla has passed. I enjoyed working with her at Ellerbe Becket and then later as AECOM. She was very caring for all of us. Have a lot of good memories working with her, attending Christmas get togethers, company picnics and events. She is going to be missed very much by everyone.
