Maxine Halvorson, ( nee Lovering ), age 78, of Bloomington, formerly Richfield, passed away December 19, 2013. Preceded in death by husband, Hank Halvorson, Jr.; daughter, Paula Rae (David) Hefferan; and parents, Glenn Lovering & Ova Lovering Wulkan. Survived by children Charles Halvorson (Maureen Thielen), Richard (Christine) Halvorson, Mark (Nancy) Halvorson, and Amy (Terry) Donovan; 13 grandchildren; 2 great-grandsons, and many other dear relatives and friends.

My family and I are so sorry to learn of Maxine’s death, and so soon after her mother’s death…we are thinking of you all and keeping you in our prayers as you grieve.
I had the pleasure of meeting Maxine through her mother, Ova, who was a dear friend at the senior residence of my mother, Anna. Maxine, and her family, were so loving and attentive to Ova, and I found Maxine to be delightful and sweet, just like her mother. It was my pleasure to have known both women.
