Morris A. Nilsen, "Mickey", age 78, of Richfield. Co-founder of Morris Nilsen Funeral Chapel and founder of Morris Nilsen Boys Choir, (now Minnesota Boychoir). Past President of National Funeral Directors Association (1983-84), and Minnesota Funeral Directors Association (1971-72).
Survived by wife, Lorraine; son, Morris N. Nilsen and wife, Karen; daughters, Janis Nilsen; Kirsten Rabbe and husband, Joel; and Dawn Nilsen; grandchildren, Amy Batten, Grant Batten and wife, Jaime; Maureen Nilsen, Erica Eide and husband, Brian, Carl Rabbe and Liz Rabbe; great-granddaughter, Hannah; sister, Marlys Lipari, of CA; nieces and nephews; Mickey was preceded in death by his parents, Morris and Ellen Nilsen.
