Phuong Nguyen "Juliette", age 79, of Bloomington. Passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at Fairview Southdale Hospital with her family at her side. Phuong "Juliette" was born in My Tho, Vietnam on May 21, 1937. She was the youngest of 2 children. In 1975 she and her family came to St. Cloud, MN, where she resided until moving to Bloomington in 2004. She is survived by her children, Tuan (Shelly) Pham and Quynh (Mark) Panning. Preceded in death by husband, Ngoc V. Pham, parents and one brother. She had the biggest heart, smile and she will be missed dearly.
