Survived by wife, Donna; children, Patricia (Allan) Nott, Thomas (Vanda) Blankenship, Mary (Gary Jensen) Blankenship; grandchildren, Kyle Blankenship, Alandra Esplend, Jeremy Blankenship, Jamie Blankenship, Jaclyn Nott, Erin Nott; great-grandchildren, Jackson, Lydia and Olivia; brother, Charles (Billie) Blankenship. Interment Assumption Cemetery.

the date is april 1 2020, I just saw my dearest friend Roy o Blankenships obetiary, I met this man when we were 18 years old in Richmond ,calif. when he was in the navyhe came in and out of my life many years, there was something that I was supposed to learn from him,as fate joined us for a lot of years. Good bye my dear friend.
met this man in Richmond,calif back in new years eve 1944 at a restaurant called THE RIGHT SPOT. he was in and out of my life for many years. I loved this man, I am so grateful to god that he let me see his picture after he was an old man.
