Shirley is preceded in death by her husband, John “Jack”; brothers, Matt, Eli, and Richard; and sister, Darlene.

Thank you to the many doctors, nurses and healthcare providers at MN Health Fairview Heart and Vascular Health Center, Dr. Brian Idelkope at Fairview Health Services and the staff at Fairview Southdale Hospital for their care, concern and support to the entire family. And a special thank you to Mom’s favorite “grand-dog”, Murry, who kept her company and moving through the ups and downs over the past years like no human being ever could. Thanks for the support “Pooh-bear” – she was as devoted to you as you were to her!

    Mona and Patrick,

So sorry to hear about the passing of your mother/in-law. The UHS community is sharing fond memories of her and how everyone looked forward to visiting with her at our annual reunion. I just saw her at the last one in 2019 and it was always nice to see her because then I got an update on the two of you! I’m so glad I got the opportunity to work with such a charming lady.

My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. May all those wonderful memories of her help ease your pain.
