Ted Arthur Pearson age 74 of Edina, MN passed away on Friday, October 30, 2015. Survived by wife, Sylvia; sister, Jule (Michael) Kelley of Alexandria; brothers-in-law, David (Sandi) of Dassel, Stanley (Linda) of Cottage Grove; sister-in-law, Sharon of Minneapolis, and many other friends and family. Ted was born July 1, 1941 to Olga and Art Pearson, and lived his whole life in the Twin Cities area. He was an avid golfer and proudly claimed three holes in one over his golf career.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to The Huikko and Pearson Family Endowment Fund, c/o MidAmerica Nazarene University, 2030 E. College Way, Olathe, KS 66062, to City Church, or to donor’s choice.

I knew Ted for over 20 years through the cigar business. We were friends outside of the business and went on golf trips and dinners. I have many memories of Ted and remember him as a great guy, with a low golf score. Condolences to the family. He was a great guy.
Ted was a very regular customer of mine at the Golf Club Hospital for more than twenty-five years. The last few times he was in he let me know that he was dealing with health issues but he was always still optimistic. After not seeing him at all this last golf season I knew it probably wasn’t going well. I will very much miss our conversations, his strong personality and his big booming voice.
