Such a beautiful lady with a sassy side! She took such wonderful care of our mother’s hair for so many years. Prayers for peace for her family!!

Sweet Auntie T.. sad to hear you’ve gone. I’m glad I got to see you when you were still in good health a little less than a decade ago. Same old fire I remember as a kid, and same silly humor as well. Many fond memories in that house will be with me until I join you and my parents and the rest of the family that’s gone before us. The food, laughter and togetherness we had long ago, before we all moved away, will never be forgotten nor will it be like it was, as time changes all things. I felt some of that during our brief visit and wished I could have stayed much longer. Yet, I will still remember your smile… the smell of your styling studio… the laugh of my Uncle Jerry… watching TV in the evening, as we all digested another fabulous Sunday dinner. The playful shouting and grab-assing sounds coming from the kitchen as you cleaned up and Jerry pestered you. Good times. I often wish our family had never dispersed as we did. Those days were so special, and Teresa, you were a very big part of what made it so memorable. Rest in peace, Auntie T.

As young women out of beauty school we joked about growing up together. A lot of memories shared with both laughter and tears. Blessed to have known her and call her friend. She was always a ray of sunshine in a sometimes cloudy world. Sending thoughts and prayers to the family as you mourn the loss of this wonderful woman. Forever in our hearts!

So sorry about your Mom’s passing Kari & Krista. It is well . I hope you take heart in remembering how awesome she was! She helped make my transition to America so seamless by making those holidays at Spring Grove with the Fossum family some of my most memorable early American memories. She made eating Lefse with sugar A-OK and she had the most awesome wit that would make me laugh so much . She and your Dad were so funny. I miss those days. Thanks to you all for making those days so awesome! ❤️

Teresa and I were High school classmates. Her family farm and mine were close and our families were friends. Teresa was one of the most positive people I knew. She never had a bad day! Teresa had a beautiful soprano voice! She and I would sing duets in church, 4-h events and other festivals in our county. I am deeply sorry for you Krista and Kari… I also want to add my sympathy to dear Janet( my Mom’s best friend and to Darlene and Shelley. My memories of Teresa will always be with me.
