Joel Douglas Jacobson,
Age 70, of Minneapolis and Ideal Township, MN. Devoted and loyal graduate of Mpls. Central High School and University of Minnesota. Joel was an avid financial supporter of the U of M athletics, where he was a season ticket holder for football, volleyball and basketball. He was a kind and dear man who will be greatly missed by all of his friends, relatives and fishing partners. Preceded in death by parents, Kenneth C. and Anne L. (Holz) Jacobson; brother, Kenneth W. Jacobson; special friend, Pam Gates. Survived by “daughter”, Tracy (Daniel) Olson; “grandchildren”, Ashley (Dusty) and Taylor; “great-grandchildren”, Khloe and Wyatt; as well as many other relatives and friends.

Minnesota lost a loyal and wonderful man and I lost a personal friendship that endured since we grew up together as young boys. Rest In Peace my friend.
