Maurice “Moe” Beiersdorf (nee Carroll)

Moe was born in Rochester, MN on June 11, 1925. She was a member of the first graduating class of Rochester Lourdes High School. Moe married her husband, Bill, on December 29, 1945 in Rochester, MN. They resided in Richfield and Bloomington for many years. Their lives revolved around their eight children, faith, and family. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Bill; parents, Thomas and Jo Carroll; brothers, Thomas, Lawrence, and Eugene; and sister, Mary Agnes Cassidy. Survived by children, Barbara, Kathy (Pat) Archer, Sara (Bill) Turk, Tom, Mary, Terry (Dan) Okonek, Bill (Mary), and Steve (Nancy); grandchildren, Cheri (Charlie), Barb (Brian), John, Stephanie (Chad), Anthony, Jacob, Kaitlyn (Matt), Cody, Mitchell (Lacey), Kailey, Collin, Nicholas, and Justin; great-grandchildren, Ethan, Ahnika, Daniel, Connor, Athena, and Keenan; cousins, Geraldine Brown and Regina Kildahl; and sister-in-law, Gladys Carroll. Our family would like to thank the Wealshire of Bloomington for their loving care of our mother.
