Vernamaree Nelson, age 74, of Richfield, formerly of Hutchinson, MN. Preceded in death by parents, Erwin and Mildred Peik and brother, Walter "Bud" Peik. Survived by husband, William J. Nelson; daughters, Leah Rogers and husband, Geoff; Sarah Bower and husband, Larry; grandchildren, Sabrina Rogers, Jeremiah Rogers, Hannah Rogers, Zak Rogers, Jace Bower, Priscilla Bower, Celia Bower and William Bower; sister, Doris Mielke ( Adams), and nieces and nephews.
My sincerest condolences to all of you. I have such wonderful memories of Marie – from her Sizzlin’ Bacon to her words of wisdom that always seemed to come at the best times. She was a wonderful woman and her legacy will live on in her daughters and grandchildren.
