Survived by children, Lynne (John) Blessing, Steven (Barbara) Berndtson and Mark (Tamlee) Berndtson; grandchildren, Joe (Ali) Blessing, Justin Blessing, Noah Berndtson, Daniel (Cheryl) Berndtson, Joshua (Erica) Berndtson, Tyler Berndtson; great-grandchildren, Elleigh, Ava, Paisley, Skylar, Ayden and Jacob; brothers, Donald Berndtson and Vernon (Sally) Endresen. Preceded in death by wife, Marlene Berndtson; parents, Carl and Helen Berndtson; step-father, Albert Endresen; brother, Austin Berndtson; and nephew, David Berndtson.

To Lynne, Steve, Mark and your families-I was sorry to hear of your father’s passing and offer my condolences. I was also sorry that I found out the day after the service as I would surely have wanted to be there, to see all of you and share in some memories. Your mom and dad were great neighbors those 52 years we were on 5th Ave.
