“It takes a minute to meet someone, an hour to like someone, and a day to love someone… but it takes a lifetime to forget someone.”
I will never forget you Julie.
    May you rest in paradise.

So very sorry for your loss. Julie was wonderful to work with at VA. Julie always had a kind word to say.

  5. Russ Terrell says:

Julie, love of my life, I wish you didn’t have to leave us. I know you’re in a better place now, no more pain. I was so sad to watch you suffer through the back pain, the back surgeries and injections, the infected legs, the shortness of breath, the infected eye, having to be pushed around in a wheelchair, all the stays in the hospital and TCUs. The last year has been especially hard.

Thank you for a wonderful life we had together. From the night I met you at the Normandale Community College dance on October 26th, 1973 until December 4th, 2025 , we’ve had a wonderful life together. We’ve had our highs and lows in life. We’ve enjoyed so many things, going to movies, concerts, music in general, TV shows, game night with friends, the holidays, travel, dancing in our younger years, Atari, birth of our son, birth of our grandsons, time with our families and talking. Low times have been hard, but we got through them together, loss of our parents, loss of pets (1 dog, 3 cats and who knows how many fish in our aquariums), loss of friends, and friends’ divorces.

Thank you for being there when I’ve needed help. You helped me in finding new jobs, took care of everything when I was working late (or overnight), and you took care of me and nursed me back to health after my cancer.

I love you with all my heart and I will miss you Julie. We will be together again someday.
