My heart is heavy with sadness that one of our team members with a golden heart has left this earth and flown into eternal life. With Chantel’s rebirth, she’ll be surrounded by love and peace, where pain and suffering will no longer exist. Chantel will be missed deeply and forever be remembered for her dedication and support for patients’ safety and health at Fairview. She will forever be remembered for her sense of humor and her young heart that made laughter a good medicine for my soul.
