Frank Dallman age 81 of Bloomington, MN passed away on September 1, 2025. Preceded in death by his parents, brothers, sisters, his beloved first wife, Karen Dallman and beloved step-son, Seth Hanson. He is survived by his loving wife and best friend, Sharon; children, Randy Dallman, Dawn (Tim) Kildahl, Heather (Steve) Pickett and step-daughter, Jami (Scott) Burgin; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews and many friends.
After graduation from Fridley High School, Frank served four years in the U.S. Air Force. He proudly served as a 33-year veteran of the Minneapolis Police Department. His duties included Uniform Patrol, Juvenile Division, Property Crimes Investigator, IAD (Internal Affairs Division), then Supervisor for ERU (SWAT) team, 23 years with the rank of Sergeant and Supervisor and SWAT Leader.
He always said how much he loved his job and being part of the Department.
After retirement he was employed with Floyd Total Security and the Minneapolis Police Impound Lot.
