After a 15 month battle with brain cancer, Sheri was called to be with the Lord on June 2, 2025. Always a tireless worker, Sheri (age 75) enjoyed walking, gardening, camping and especially spending time with her grandchildren. A 1967 graduate of Richfield High School, Sheri worked as a carhop, waitress, cook and commissary manager at Bridgeman's Restaurant. She was most proud of her 45 year career as an in-home daycare provider where she helped raise countless Bloomington kids. Sheri was preceded in death by her parents, Clayton and Marge Songle; brother, Drew and sister, Lori. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Ted Tinker; children, John (Robin) Tinker, Michael (Angela) Tinker and Katie (Travis) Klein; grandchildren, Calvin, June, Henry, Mollie and Grady; siblings, Lynn (Fred) Carlson, Jeff (Lisa) Songle, Geri (Arden) Peterson and Lisa (Joe) Bruneau.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to The Salvation Army; ℅ Morris Nilsen Chapel.
