Aleida S. Van Dyke

Aleida S. Van Dyke, age 98 of Richfield has gone home to the Lord and is in His loving arms. She is preceded in death by her husband, Malcolm; parents, 3 brothers and 2 sisters. She is survived by her son, Willem Van Dyke; foster children, Sharon Worm, Jim Berg, Sheila Knapp, Kim Tuma, Tami Nielsen, Roberta Edmunds and their families, including 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren; and brother, Hank Kerssen. Aleida and her husband lovingly opened their home to 37 foster children and she participated in the Great American Peace Walk and Nuclear Disarmament Walk across America at the ages of 68 and 70.
