Doris Nolene Doubek (McAdoo) age 94, of Eden Prairie, formerly of Bella Vista, Arkansas and Richfield, passed away peacefully September 21, 2020. She was born in Coats, Kansas on October 2, 1925 where she met her husband, Doyle Doubek, and were married and started their family in Pratt, Kansas. Preceded in death by parents, Nolan and Geraldine McAdoo and husband, Doyle Doubek. Survived by son, Pat Doubek (Debbie); daughter, Deanna Blomgren (Jim); grandchildren, Darcy Lindquist (Eric), Tracy Johnson (Ron), Dustin Doubek (Cassie) and Tom Hilden (Kira); great-grandchildren, Dominic Dahl, Abby Hilden, Bennett Hilden, Brandon Johnson, Teddy Hilden, and Ella Johnson; brother, Dean McAdoo (Keitha) and nieces and nephews. Doris was very involved in the churches she attended. She loved playing the organ for church services at Elim Shores, and then played some at Castle Ridge Care Center until it was getting hard for her to play. Family extends a special thank you to Elim Shores Retirement and Assisted Living Facility, Castle Ridge Care Center and Optage Hospice.
Due to the pandemic, a formal service will not be held at this time.
