Evelyn Thorkildson, age 102, of Richfield, died March 29, 2014. Preceded in death by husband, Joel; sisters, Carol Cooper and Frances Reckmo. Survived by children, Kathleen (Jeff) Halenza, Robert (Nancy) Thorkildson, Mary (Wells) Wescott, William (Diane) Thorkildson and Charles ( Anne ) Thorkildson; 6 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren; sister, Ruth Redlin; nieces and nephews.
Kitty, Please know that your choir family is holding you and all your family in our hearts and prayers. We share in your grief and also in the hope of the resurrection.
Christ is risen from the dead, trampling down death by death, and giving life to those in the tomb. Christ will open the kingdom of heaven to all who believe in his Name, saying, Come, O blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you.
