Gayle S. Huntington passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Monday, April 2, 2018. She was 64 years old. Gayle was born in St. Paul, MN and was raised on the family farm in Rosemount, MN. She loved the Lord and is blessed to be with her Savior today in her home for all eternity. Gayle was a passionate golfer, a fabulous cook, and avid traveler. She was an amazing hostess and generous in her giving. Through her amazing love for her children and grandchildren, she taught the importance of being a family. Preceded in death by parents, Victor Rolfing and Martelle Sherman; and sister, Claudia McKinsey. Survived by children, Matthew (Kimberley) Huntington and Sarah (Clay) Stejskal; grandchildren, Annabella and Sy Huntington; Haley, Thane, Noah, Ava and Elle Stejskal; 5 brothers & sisters, numerous other relatives & friends.

I am a former Target plano team co-worker. Gail was a hard worker, sweet person, and loved her grandkids. Now she will be looking over them. My condolences for all her family.
I am so sorry to hear of Gayle’s passing. She was a wonderful person & previous client to me. My workings with the family in the past were always a pleasant one & very much enjoyed her company. She will truly be missed as I’ve always known her to be such a kind person. My sympathies go out to the family & all her friends. My condolences to her children also.
