George G. Phelps, age 81, of Bloomington, passed away on April 11, 2018. Survived by daughter, Amy Sheggerud (Darren); son, Jay Phelps; grandchildren, Ivy and Talia Sheggerud; sister, Sandra Krasaway; special friend, Cindy Hanson; other families and friends. Private family services will be held.
