Glenn Erland Erickson
Age 92, of Richfield. Cherished father, grandfather and great-grandfather. WWII veteran, U.S. Navy and U.S. Marines, member of Minnesota's greatest generation, realtor and businessman, beloved neighbor, sunbather, singer of songs, teller of jokes and stories, backyard cucumber and tomato farmer, esteemed member of the Bloomington White Castle Hooligans, Born Again Jocks pancake server, proud homeowner and lawncare enthusiast. Preceded in death by wife, Joyce Erickson; parents, John and Evelyn Erickson; brothers, Harold “Bob” Erickson and Russ Erickson. Survived by son, Glenn Edward Erickson; daughter, Pamela Kay (Randal) Cornell; grandchildren, Glenn Thomas (Jessica) Erickson, Jennifer Erickson (Shawn), Allison (Matt) Broughton and Jeffrey Cornell; great-grandchildren, Isabella Erickson, Claire Erickson, Calvin Broughton and Nicholas Broughton; and sister, Ihla Hansen.
Special thanks to the Grace Hospice Team for their care of Glenn during these last few months. Their kindness is more appreciated than words can express.
