Gloria J. Anderson age 82 of Bloomington was born May 13, 1940 and passed away on Feb. 24, 2023. Gloria was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, friend and an owner and lover of many rescue animals. She loved to travel and find new adventures with her daughters including trips to China and Peru. Preceded in death by, husband, Donald E. Anderson; daughter, Alison Baker; brother, David Olson. Survived by, daughters, Jennifer (Mike) Moroz and Kristina (Timothy) La Freniere; grandchildren, Alexander and Abigail Moroz, Ethan and Erik Baker; niece, Kimberly (Steve) Pumarlo and other loving relatives and friends in Bloomington, Sweden and Sun City West, AZ.
Funeral Service 11:00AM Friday, March 17th at Morris Nilsen Chapel, 6527 Portland Ave. S. Richfield. Visitation one hour prior. Interment, Ft. Snelling.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Gloria’s 83rd birthday on May 13th at McCormick & Schmick's in Edina from 1PM until 4PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Animal Humane Society.
