Harlan Vergil Nelson
Age 91, of Mpls, passed away peacefully on July 20, 2022. He was born December 16, 1930 to Helmer and Jessica Nelson in Brookings, SD. He graduated from Egan High School in Egan, SD and Rockford College in Rockford, IL from which he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Harlan graduated from the Rockford Memorial Hospital School of Medical Technology and worked as a Medical Technologist for 18 years before going into hospital personnel management. He retired from Huron Regional Medical Center in Huron, SD in 1992 and returned to Minneapolis.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Mt Calvary Lutheran Church Preschool.
