Ione Winger passed away peacefully on March 9th, 2021 at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN. She was born on July 13th, 1923 in Park Rapids, MN to Richard and Ester (Gant) Ackerman. She is survived by her sons, Jay and Larry, and her sister, Mary Warble She is preceded in death by her husband, Glen. A private graveyard service will be held at Fort Snelling Cemetery.
