Age 79, of Bloomington, formerly of Richfield.

Jack was loved by everyone who came in contact with him. He was truly a gentle soul with a caring and kind heart. He thrived on being social while making friends at work, in the community and even with the nurses in his last days. Jack will be remembered for his sense of humor and witty dad-jokes.

He was proud of his children, grandchildren and even his grandpets. He was always there to make them smile or laugh anytime of day.

Survived by sons, Dan (Dana) Bork, John (Jenna) Bork and David Bork; grandchildren, Emily Rose, Joe Thomas and Jack Jerome; sisters, Joanne Stover and Judy Parry; and numerous loving relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by his true love, Sally Bork; parents, John and Dorothy Bork; sister, Marilyn (Don) Petersmeyer; and brothers-in-law, Marv Stover and Don Parry.
