March 5, 1928 - June 23, 2018
Jane Deloris Nelson "Dee", joined her Lord on June 23, 2018 at 90 years old. She was born March 5, 1928 in Milan, MN. All who knew Dee loved her and cherished her friendship. Dee was a beautiful soul, and God-loving, giving person who used her sewing and knitting talents to show how much she cared. Her generosity extended to her church, and local shelters where she donated up to 75 pair of mittens she hand-knit each winter season. She also enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends. She made everyone she knew feel special, and was a pillar at Ebenezer Lutheran Brethren Church for more than 67 years. She was preceded in death by the love of her life Bud Nelson and her brother, Russell Anderson. Survived by her sister, Wanda (Leslie) Hernes; daughters, Carmen (John) Skog, Carol (Ron) Rubow, Lois (Peter) Flynn and Lorene (Alan) Budenski. Also, 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Alzheimer's Association or donor's choice.
