Janet M. Meyers age 90 of Richfield, peacefully passed away on March 7, 2022. Janet was a loving wife, mother, grandmother; a faithful encourager and prayer warrior. Preceded in death by husband, Richard and sister, Joan Turner. Survived by daughters, Connie (Dallas) Hixson, Carol (Carl) Voelker, Catherine (Charles) Miller, and Christine (Todd) Roth; 15 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; sister, Marlene Isaacson and sister-in-law, Edie Meyers.

It was a pleasure to care for Jan at Beehive Homes of Lakeville. She was always so kind and gracious to everyone. We will miss her asking for “crumpets” with her coffee.
I learned today that Janet has died. One of my dearest friends has gone to be with the Lord; I rejoice for her. I wish for her family comfort, strength, and the peace in Christ that passes our understanding. My memories go back to the day we met as roommates at Bethany. Over the years we lived and worked together. She introduced me to Orville: she was our son, Rand’s baptism sponsor: she was my prayer partner…and so much more. I relished our hours-long spiritual phone conversations two or three times a year. I remember saying, the last time we had lunch that “all we need is Jesus”. And now she has reached her heavenly home! Thanks be to God.
