Jerry Czupryna, born Dec. 2, 1949, and passed away on March 20, 2015. Jerry was a graduate of South High School class of 1967. He was an Army veteran serving in Vietnam from 1969-1971. He loved to hunt, fish and just to be outdoors. Preceded in death by parents, Edward and Mae. Survived by siblings, Kathy Olson, Dennis, and Susan Winkelman; nephews, Jay, Kris, Kyle, Isaiah and Connor; nieces, Jennifer, Victoria, and Kaelin.

Dear Kathleen, Dennis, Susie and family:
Carol and I deeply grieve your loss of Jerry, and pray that God will comfort and sustain all of you during these difficult days.
I recall with fondness a long talk I had with Jerry while we both attended the Lundberg family reunion at Sheila (Klempka) Johnson’s home several years ago. We connected on so many levels; as first cousins, as grandsons of Grandpa and Grandma Lundberg, as South High graduates, as Vietnam veterans and as Benton County residents. We had a great conversation.
Carol and I regret that we will not be able to attend Jerry’s memorial service on Thursday, but my sister, Judy, is planning to attend and has promised to greet all of you on our behalf.
