Joyce E. Dommer age 60 of Plymouth. Preceded in death by her parents Melvin and Stella Dommer; brother, Gerald Dommer. Survived by siblings Larry (Linda) Dommer, Charles (Gemma Gaertner) Dommer, Linda (Gary) Dickmann, Sandra (Ken Stone) O’Hotto, Joanne (Alan Musselman) Dommer and many nieces and nephews.
Our family would like to acknowledge the very special care and friendship of Shelly Austin (Guardian), Rosalyn, Cheri, Marge, Tyler, Lori, Althea, Kari, Laynew, Sherrelle, Shonta, Blavenda and Julie at the Quaker House and Lifetime Resources. We are forever grateful to you all.
Also we would like to extend a very heartfelt thank you to Joyce's Doctor, Melissa Sherman and the staff at Park Nicollet Oncology for their many years of wonderful care and kindness.

My sincere condolences go to the Dommer family for their loss. I would like to share a Comforting thought from the bible found at Philippians 4:7 “And the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus.”
I was saddened to hear of Joyce’s passing. I knew her for a long time. We got together twice a year for Christmas and our birthdays in the spring. She was a very thoughtful and loyal friend. Always a kind heart. My condolences to Joyce’s family. I will miss her.
