Survived by her loving partner, Dick Wimmer; siblings, Liz (John) Ekholm, Doug (Ruth Ann) Richter, Margaret Richter, Peter (Chris) Richter; nieces and nephews, John (Renne), Jim (Deanna), Rachael, Sean, Frank (Colleen), Matthew (Angela), Emelie (Andres); cherished grand niece and nephews and other loving friends.

The name “Richter” caught my attention in the Star Trib and saw your names! It has been a long time since we were down-the-street neighbors! My sympathy to you and your families.
I wrote a note on Tuesday but apparently did not send it properly.
My sympathy to you all! I noticed the obituary in the Star Tribune and saw it is for Peter’s mother. But no residences were listed so I don’t know if you are still in FL. It is a long time since we were down-the-street neighbors. Wish you all well!
