Mabel was briefly an Obstetrics RN, but became a wonderful full-time stay-at-home Mom: a healer of wounds, wardrobe seamstress, teacher of life skills, vivid storyteller, merciful forgiver, gardener, actress, singer of hymns, exquisite baker ("Life is sweet-eat dessert first"), "Mrs. scrupulously- clean-and-orderly", faithful servant in ministry to Lutheran Church of the Redemption, Jesus People Church, Cedar Ridge and Cedar Valley Churches; Stalwart Prayer Warrior and Host to many Bible Study and Prayer Groups. Her sweet smile, evangelical zeal, and gift of hospitality touched and blessed countless lives.

We deeply feel her absence.
