Resident of Bloomington. Lost her fight against COVID on November 9th, 2020 at the age of 95. Marilyn is preceded in death by her husband, Roy; son, Dennis; and sister, Lorraine. She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Overland; daughter-in-law, Nancy Overland; grandchildren, Jamie Overland and Erik Overland (Molly Jacobs); two great-grandsons, Wyatt and Nash Overland; sisters-in-law, Marilyn Overland, Geraldine DeCorsey, and Beverly Simpson; nieces and nephews; and special friends, Shelley & Tony White. "What will be will be," she was often heard to say. To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under heaven. Private burial will be alongside her husband and son in Rushford, Minnesota. A special thank you to the heroes and angels at the Martin Luther Care Center COVID unit.
