Survived by mother, Sally Purdy; siblings, Teresa Purdy, Myles Purdy, Charlie (Bri) Purdy and Jerri Lynn Purdy; nieces, Samantha and Kaitlyn; nephew, Charlie; great-nephew, Travis; and many other loving relatives and friends. Preceded in death by father, Marlin Purdy.
