Mary Grace Hammes age 91of Mpls, passed away on March 13, 2019. Mary was born in Maple Lake, MN to Julius Beck and Grace McAlpine Beck. She worked for 27 years at North Central, Republic and Northwest Airlines and volunteered at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church. She enjoyed gardening, the MN Twins and watching basketball. Preceded in death by husband, Thomas. Survived by children, Jane Hammes, Kathy (Rick) Bunnell and Bill Hammes; sister, Margaret Wurm and brother, Robert Beck both from Buffalo, MN; sister-in-law, Kay Lohman of TX and many nieces and nephews. A private interment and service will be held at a later date.
My deepest condolences on the loss of your Mom. I went to Regina High School with Kathy and worked with Bill at Northwest Aurlines. Prayers are on their way.
